At Faithfully Designed, we want you to love your purchase. Because each item is made to order and/or customized, all sales are final.

Defective or Damaged Products:

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, you may request a replacement or refund.

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence of the defect/damage.

  • Approved claims will be replaced at no cost or refunded to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom and ready-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged in transit.
